A wide variety of products are available across different stores in esiliconworld.com. Products can be searched under a specific category and/or specific brand using the Search section (placed very conveniently in the middle of all pages at the top of the page). Links can be used as well (placed left hand side of the mall under the eMallList section) - such as Books & Magazine, Entertainment and others - to search for products under respective categories. To find items on sale at a reduced price, use the Sale Info link on the eCourtYard section of the home page (eMallFront). Find the latest product offerings on the right hand side of the home page (eMallFront) in the section called SmarteBuys.

Once you find a product of your choice, click the <more info> to get more information about that product. On click, a pop-up window opens with a bigger image and more product description. Before buying you may also like to check the <city list> of the product to ensure that the product is available for delivery to the destination where you want the product to be delivered.

Once you have been able to narrow down on the product of choice, click the respective <BUY NOW> button to add the product to your Shopping Cart (see "What's a Shopping Cart" below). As you click the <BUY NOW> button for any product, a pop-up window opens asking you to select the target destination(s) from the delivery list for that particular product. This is to ensure that there's never any mismatch between a product and the target destination(s). Select the destination city where you want the product to go if the city is there in the list. Multiple selections can be made by pressing the Ctrl key and clicking on city names.

Once destination(s) have been chosen, click the <add to cart> button to add this product to the shopping cart. As the pop-up window refreshes with confirmation message about a successful operation, it also offers you options to either go to the Shopping Cart or to continue with the shopping. Click the <continue shopping> link to go back to the product search page.

Following the same procedure described above, you can add more products to the shopping cart.

Next part of the process is available only for registered shoppers after logging in. If not logged in, the user will have to log in with his/her username and password. New visitors will have to register with esiliconworld.com to buy anything on the site. If not registered, the temporary shopping cart will be abandoned as it cannot be stored for any future use for lack of identification.

Once finished with adding products in the cart, the shopper goes to the cart page to complete the buying process. The cart link <My Cart> can be found placed conveniently at the top right hand side corner on all pages.

In the cart page, input the quantity of each product in the text box provided for this purpose, select products and click the <PROCEED> button at the bottom of the page to go to the Label page to address each shipment and check out the order.

In this unique transaction kernel of esiliconworld.com, multiple products can be ordered very easily to multiple recipients in different cities in a single order process. To add more recipients for the same product in the same city or different cities, just type the number of recipients in the text box provided under every product entry and select the city from the context-sensitive city list (i.e. the city list carries city names where this product is actually available so that there's no mismatch). Multiple selections can be made by pressing the Ctrl key and clicking on city names. However, the typed number entry (number of new recipients) and the number of selected cities must be the same.

To remove products from the cart select the products to be deleted with the checkboxes placed against each entry and click <delete selected>. Tip : Use the <select all> and <deselect all> buttons for easy selection. The master checkbox controls checkboxes for the individual city entries.

On clicking the <PROCEED> button in the shopping cart, the Label page opens. Here, pre-filled addresses are to be selected from a drop-down city-specific address list, gift-messages are typed (max. 150 characters) for gifting purposes - if any, a target date of delivery is indicated and the delivery mode is selected - for each shipment. Tip : Shoppers must fill up their address-books with addresses beforehand. If the address the shipment is supposed to go is not there in the addressbook yet, select "Add new address" in the drop-down.

Select mode of payment from the given options and click the <Submit Order> button to complete the buying process. An Order Confirmation page is displayed and an Order Confirmation Mail is sent to shopper's email ID with all the details of this order.

NOTE : If the mode of payment selected is Credit Card or ICICI Infinity, shopper is redirected to the respective payment gateway. Once the procedure in the payment gateway is complete and successfull payment is made, shopper is brought back to esiliconworld and is taken to the Order Confirmation page. If the process at the payment gateway is not successfull, shopper is brought back to esiliconworld and is redirected to the payment page all over again.

Once the payment is cleared, the products are shipped to the shipping address(es) on the target delivery date(s) as specified.

NOTE : Target delivery date option is an indication of interest on behalf of the shopper that esiliconworld.com tries it's best to honour. However, physical situations may not allways permit a total fullfillment of the same.

An online shopping cart is similar to the real cart used in a real supermarket. This is an utility where all the products intended for a purchase are gathered before proceeding for final check out.

Initially Shopping cart stores the selected products against the target city names. Quantities of the products can be edited later in the main cart page. Click the <recalculate> button to refresh the total value of the cart. Delete products from the cart by selecting the checkboxes on the extreme RHS of the product list and clicking <delete selected>.

The next part is called a <LABEL> page where all the shipments are set to shipping addresses. Messages not exceeding 150 characters can be added. A target date of delivery can be indicated which esiliconworld.com tries it's best to honour. The mode of delivery can be set as well.

You can save your shopping for later purchases by clicking on the Wish List button. We also have the Convenience Area which parks your shopping incase you are unable to complete the shopping process because of power failure, disconnection etc.

The Wish List is a feature by which you can shortlist items across esiliconworld and store them for future access and convenient purchase at a later time. You can even allow your friends or relatives to access your Wish List to help them gift you items of your interest.

To track the status of your pending orders, log on to esiliconworld.com and and click on Order Status link in the eCourtYard section of esiliconworld.com homepage (eMallFront). A list of all orders with their Order IDs, Order dates, Delivery date and Amounts are displayed. Click on the Order ID of a particular order to view further details of that order.

Shoppers can order items from multiple stores in a single order. This is one of the many conveniences in shopping online at the esiliconworld.

If an item ordered by you at esiliconworld.com is delivered to you in damaged or defective condition, please email us at customercare@esiliconworld.com for a replacement. Two types of certificates (or coupons as they are generally called) are available, - Online and Offline - as explained below.

Esiliconworld.com offers unique Online Gift Certificates (or coupons as they are generally called).

These are for loved ones who are online, i.e., are using the internet. The recipient of the coupon must register with esiliconworld in order to encash the same.

To purchase an Online Gift Coupon, click the Gift Central link in the eCourtYard section of the home page (eMallFront) and find the link to Online Coupons from Esiliconworld.com under the Buy Coupons header.

You will be taken to a page where you will have to enter the details, - name of the recipient, email ID of the recipient, coupon value and your message, if any. Once you submit this data, follow the payment procedure. After the realisation of your payment, the coupon will be e-mailed to the recipient. The e-mail will carry the Coupon ID and Coupon Password using which the recipient can deposit the coupon with esiliconworld.com (after registering with esiliconworld.com as a shopper). Once deposited, the recipient can use the maximum value of the coupon to pay for shopping anything in esiliconworld.com.

These are for loved ones who are not online, i.e., are not using the internet.

To purchase an Offline Gift Coupon, click the Gift Central link in the eCourtYard section on the home page (eMallFront) and find the link to Offline Coupons under the Buy Coupons header.

Once you select a merchant, fill the simple order form with all details and shipping address and proceed to pay. A notification mail is immediately sent to you carrying the coupons details and shipping address details. Once the payment is cleared, the coupon is shipped to the recipient at the specified address.
