If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase,
you may receive prompt replacement or refund - your choice - subject
to the restrictions below.
Before returning any item, you must call our Customer Care Department
within ten (10) days of your invoice date.
In order
to receive a refund or credit, your purchase must be returned
with shipping pre-paid. All items must be in "as new" condition,
in original packaging, and with all warranty cards, manuals and
accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or partial
forfeiture of your refund.
Shipping and insurance charges are not refundable.
Refunds or credits are executed after receipt and inspection of
returned goods.
This Policy on Returns or Exchanges is subject to Merchant policy.
If Returns or Exchanges are not permitted, it will be mentioned
as a store or shop policy.
Food items can not be returned or exhanged. Music and Video Cassettes,
CDs and DVDs, as well as Books and Software purchased need to
be in sealed in original packaging. Other restrictions may apply.
